Shipping

Orders are shipped from Italy on working days (Monday – Friday) via DHL.

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination of the order.
Our orders without customisation service are prepared and shipped within 5-7 working days. If customisation is requested, the order will be processed within 10 working days (transport not included).

Please note that weather conditions, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information may delay the shipment of your order.

We ship to the following 36 countries:
United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries other than those listed above. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

The average shipment transit time is 2-7 working days depending on the destination country.

Shipping methods

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
All shipments are made by DHL Express Courier DHL On-Demand Delivery Service is provided at no extra cost to the customer whenever it is provided by the Courier.

FREE SHIPPING:
Express shipping is free to all countries for orders over €150.00.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, additional charges may apply.

VAT:
Prices always include VAT for countries within the European Union. For all other countries, additional costs for VAT and customs fees will be collected by the courier upon delivery.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES:
There is no payment of taxes and/or customs duties for shipments within the European Union.

If you receive a shipment to any other non-EU country you will be required to pay import taxes and/or duties.

Import taxes and duties will be collected directly by the DHL courier upon delivery or by other methods depending on the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer/consignee to pay. As the consignee, the customer is the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS:
Please note that our 2-year warranty does not cover damage caused by airlines or third parties. Personal Time Ltd. cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or from delays in delivery by shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.
