We offer a 2-year warranty on all PTBag items.
If you suspect that your purchase is not up to our standards, or is faulty for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you contact us within two years of your purchase, we will be happy to help you by assessing the warranty coverage.
Our warranty covers
- The first 2 years from the day of purchase
- Defects in workmanship and manufacture
- Material defects
- Manufacturing defects
Our warranty applies to all PTBag items purchased through the PTWORLD.shop website.
The following are not covered by our warranty
Damage caused by animals, chemical damage, damage caused by improper handling by airlines or third party shippers, extreme wear and tear, alterations by third parties and the customer or use for purposes other than the specific purpose for which the product is intended. Similarly, the following are not covered by the guarantee: changes in shape and fit, all damage caused to the product through misuse of the product or through negligence and failure to observe the care instructions.
