We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery with proof of purchase.
Returned items must be intact: they must not have been worn or damaged, must be clean and with tags still attached, and must include all intact original packaging and accessories received with the order, or they may be refused.
Customised items cannot be returned.<\/strong><\/p>\n

REFUNDS<\/strong>
Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used for the order. We cannot process a return if purchase information is not available. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 30 days. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we have processed the refund. <\/p>\n

EXCHANGES<\/strong>
Exchanges are currently not available. If you wish to make an exchange, you can return the item and place a new order online. <\/p>\n

RETURN COSTS<\/strong>
Return costs will be borne by the purchaser.<\/p>\n

RETURN SHIPMENTS
<\/strong>Personal Time srl is not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or delayed by shipping companies, postal depots, forwarding agents, etc.<\/p>\n

TIMING OF RETURN SHIPMENTS<\/strong>
We receive returns at our warehouse usually in 7-14 working days.
Once they arrive, any returns are subject to quality control.<\/p>\n
